The products we list are pre-vetted. They must be good value, FDA-compliant (where relevant), and technically suited for their suggested uses. AeonEx won’t allow snake-oil products on the market, and if we receive customer feedback that one of the listings doesn’t meet these criteria, we’ll remove it.
Industry Problem #2: Manufacturers and distributors run costly operations and struggle to reach customers effectively. This is particularly true for international manufacturers trying to enter the US market who struggle to find reliable US partners.

First, we are all about aesthetic product credibility and building trust amongst our partners and customers. These attributes haven’t been a strength for other platforms.
Second, AeonEx has an ecosystem of service providers that support product sales. What this means for customers is that we have certified trainers for the device they have purchased and service technicians that can provide installations, repairs, and part replacements when needed. In other words, device buyers have full support from the manufacturer’s representatives for their products. Other ecommerce stores don’t provide such critical post-purchase support through the lifetime of the device.
Third, AeonEx only lists reputable devices on the market. We pre-screen products and require FDA-clearances where necessary. This isn’t the case for all eCommerce stores.
Fourth, all the AeonEx-listed products have at least one-year warranties.
We are a United States born and raised company and reside in Park City, Utah. Our full team is USA-based. We make every effort to support our customers and won’t simply disappear like others have done because they are oceans away.

Providing open and accurate information is central to our vision to sell devices direct from manufacturers to clinics. It's the poor information environment - no prices, misleading marketing, incomparable data and more - that makes it so difficult to evaluate and purchase aesthetic devices. CliniMatch IQ is a closed DB that is WAY BETTER, than a general AI like ChatGPT. In fact, general LLMs are wrong 40-80% of the time re devices.
It's the comprehensive and accurate information that our AI has that distinguishes it from any other AI. CliniMatch IQ is a closed device purchasing database with a conversational AI 'on top.' It doesn't mine the Internet, it's strictly only presents our double-checked info.
Using a regular AI doesn't work when you're selecting an aesthetic device. Worse, it's flat-out hallucinating, and it sounds accurate because you get answers that look plausable!
This may surprise you, but LLMs give wrong answers between 40% and 80% of the time when they are doing the work that's needed to help you select a device. Their information is out of date (temporal decay), their extraction capabilities are poor (unstructured data noise fools them), they have algorithmic bias (don't ask - its a tech rabbit-hole), and semantic drift (again, don't ask). Put simply: there is a long list of technical reasons why general AIs aren't accurate, and won't be, anytime soon. They are not structured like vertical databases, they are astonishingly good autocomplete machines.
LLMs like ChatGPT fail device selectors. This is why we built a - large 30,000 information sets - closed database with a LLM 'on top.' It's the only way to get the device purchasing advisor right.

We have approximately 20 device OEMs that sell on AeonEx and every one of thems is an established global firm with large installed bases of machines. Put differently, their reputation and products are vetted by the AeonEx team. We have devices from American, Korean, Spanish, Chinese, Swiss, Canadian, English, Japanese, Columbian and Taiwanese OEMs.
Just over half our suppliers are from Asia because they have great products, and you can't easily match their cost advantage. The Koreans in particular are beauty industry innovators and early tech adopters. Their aesthetic device industry is large and well-established.

Several of the founding team are experienced financial quants and forecasting techniques are familiar to us. A technique called regression is how we estimate new device prices. We also have five team members that are very familiar with the US aesthetic device market and any estimated prices have to pass the 'sniff test' - does the range look correct?
Specifically, we gather (current) pricing information for approximately 1,000 pre owned devices being sold in the US and Europe. For every device, its condition, age, use, certification and refurbishment status are assessed. A group of used devices (typically 4-8) for a specific model is used to define the 'like-new' device price. This price is then used to forecast the new device price.
Our confidence in the price forecast is reflected in the breadth of the price range that we apply to each new device model. if our data isn't consistent and comprehensive, the price range is wider.

We typically recommend - in the cases where a price level is prohibitive - that a clinic consider a 'demo' device that should cost approximately 25% less than a new device. We can inquire whether such a demo is available from the manufacturers that provide devices on AeonEx.
Yes. All new clinical devices come with a warranty, which is typically 12 or 18 months - depending on the manufacturer - and some extend to 5 years.
C12) How can you support a foreign OEM device in the USA with repairs and parts?
Great question. All new clinical devices come with a warranty, which is typically 12 or 18 months - depending on the manufacturer. So the legal obligation is with the OEM, and they do not want to take ANY risks with supporting their US customers. It is the world's largest market by far; too important to fail in.
There are capable aesthetic device technicians in every US city and many of them can repair several technologies. An industry secret is that if you can capably repair one RF device, you can likely repair many brands' models. We have a literal nationwide network of energy device techs - up to 8 in major cities - that want us to send them work. Our AeonEx executive team is literally a 'dream team' with extensive industry experience and we know EXACTLY who to go to for specialist (electronics) service work when that is required.
We can get techs to you fast and common replacement parts will be available to ship overnight.
Humbly: In most cases our service network will not be as fast as the major US OEMs - if they can do 24 hours we expect to be 36 to 48 - but you REALLY PAY for that speed premium in service and repair cost.
In some cases the network of AeonEx contractor techs WILL BE FASTER or equal to the OEM majors by virtue of the nationwide network size; they don't have the vast coverage.
We expect AeonEx market device repairs to be much faster and ess expensive than non-giant US firms. No question the three-week device absence and $4,500 nightmare can be avoided in 90%+ cases.
Generally, there isn't much room for pricing flexibility. Open and accurate pricing is a feature of our platform, as is low prices (30-60% less than comparable devices).

AeonEx's ecosystem has service firm contractors – like trainers, technicians, and ‘closers’ - that you can include in a sale or contract with on an as-needed basis. Two examples:
- A device is sold to a customer who wants in-person training. A contractor that is proficient with the device in question will deliver that training and will be paid out of the sale’s proceeds.
- If an independent US salesperson closes a sale on the manufacturer or distributor’s behalf, they would receive compensation from that sale.
In both cases, the manufacturer or distributor would receive the device sale price less the AeonEx fee and the independent contractor fee.
